Realization Design (or RzaD) is a creative technical resource for design and fabrication in the fields of Architecture, Art and whatever is next.

 

In the merging fields of architecture and art, the ongoing challenge to create uniqueness requires solutions beyond standard practices. Truly unusual forms, materials, and mechanisms call for experience in engineering, manufacturing, art, and building technologies. Specializing in small to medium-scale projects, Rzad provides design solutions, computer models and renderings, research, shop drawings, general project support, and fabrication.

10 years in fine architectural and commercial building construction.

WORKS - PROJECT IN DEPTH

Realization Design was invited to participate in the multiyear restoration/update of this iconic residence in Los Angeles. The project was ultimately recognized in Los Angeles Conservancy's 2018 Preservation Awards with general contractor Nate Wasik NWGC, Inc. and Barbara Bestor Architecture.
